Hello, my name is Robert Slinin

I believe in providing equal access to professional and reliable chauffeured ground transportation in underserved geographic regions.

My mission is to expand Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and Para-transit infrastructure in the New York Tri-State area.

A Focus on Corporate Responsibility

Inspired by my ambitious immigrant parents Eduard Slinin and Galina Slinin, I was eager to learn the family business from a young age. In 2009 I began taking an active role in business operations focusing on multifamily asset management and non-emergency medical transportation.

About me.

Robert Slinin is a member of the founding family of Corporate Transportation Group (CTG). CTG is the largest provider of privately-owned Para-transit and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services in the N.Y. area, offering access to a fleet of over 15,000 drivers.

Robert’s legacy with the company dates back to his early years, when eager to help his immigrant parents he worked his way through high school and college learning the family business. Following Robert’s assignment to a lead role in Operations, he immediately worked to develop a comprehensive Corporate Responsibility policy.

Under this policy, Robert redesigned the marketing strategy of the company to focus on a community that he felt was severely underserved, New Yorkers with disabilities who lacked access to transportation. Recognizing a problem with a limited mass transit infrastructure and a shortage of wheelchair-accessible TLC operators, Robert wanted to ensure that New Yorkers had equal access to professional and reliable ground transportation to travel with freedom.

Robert built an infrastructure designed to fulfill this goal by incorporating ambulette and wheelchair-accessible equipment into the CTG fleet. Over the course of the next 10 years, Robert grew the company to be the largest operator in this space. Through his work in Para-transit and NEMT services, Robert has successfully provided New Yorkers with a new mode of service previously unavailable in the industry via his Broker model. In effect, this has revolutionized the way Para-transit services are rendered, in turn dramatically improving access to service for the disabled community.

“My father spent a week in a Brooklyn hospital and when he was discharged we were told it would take several hours for the transportation to arrive and bring him home to us. I offered to send one of our accessible vehicles and was informed only contracted vendors were allowed. My father ended up waiting 7 hours. After this experience, my son Robert made it his mission to fix what was broken in non-emergency medical transportation.”
